Exhibition Details

The exhibition will take place in Hall 4 at the SECC, which will form the hub of the Convention. This provides an excellent opportunity for delegates to interact with stand representatives and to familiarise themselves with the latest advances in technology, science and education. Our delegates increasingly welcome the opportunity to tap into the expertise provided by exhibitors to answer questions and provide hands-on product demonstrations.

In addition to the commercial exhibits, lunch and tea and coffee will be served in the exhibition hall and delegate lounges. The Internet Area & Print Centre, Practical Masterclasses and Speakers Preview Room will also be located in this area, further ensuring maximum contact between exhibitors and delegates.

Provisional Exhibition Opening Hours

Commercial Stand Rental

The charge per square metre for stand rental is as follows:

• £425.00 + VAT per sqm for bookings up to and including 30 November 2011.
• £475.00 + VAT per sqm for bookings from 1 December 2011 onwards

Charity / Non Profit Stands

Registered charities and Non Profit Organisations are offered exhibition space at £1,500.00 + VAT for a table top stand. There are a limited number of charitable stands available and bookings will be accepted from 1 January 2012 onwards. For further information, please contact [email protected].

Practical Masterclasses

There is an opportunity for Exhibitors to hold a Practical Masterclass in our dedicated area within the exhibition. The cost to hold a Practical Masterclass is £2,500.00 + VAT. Details will be included on the Convention website and will be printed within the Final Programme. In addition, your slot will be advertised on notice boards at Registration on the day of your class.
